Bagel Chips
This is a simple snack to make after you find out you can't eat another bagel!
Ingredients:
Bagels
Olive Oil (Option: use butter instead of Olive Oil)
Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut bagels into 1/8 inch thick slices
Lay out bagel slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. I cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Dap each bagel slice with oil (or butter). Don't worry about covering the whole slice, just a dap will do you!
Lightly sprinkle the slices with your favorite salt
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until the slices are lightly browned.
Remove from oven, cool and enjoy!
